The CMT-64 Silicon Diode Cryogenic Thermometer is engineered with specially designed silicon diodes optimized for low-temperature measurement. Compared with conventional silicon diodes, the CMT-64 provides excellent repeatability, low variability, and higher resistance changes at cryogenic temperatures, making measurements easier and more reliable.

All CMT-64 diodes follow a well-defined Voltage-Temperature (V-T) curve, ensuring better interchangeability across sensors.
